We are kicking off the summer this year with a trade show tour that is taking our teams from: Hollywood, California, to London, England, and back to the USA to Moonachie, New Jersey, in just eight days!

• We were at Cine Gear Expo LA in Booth 144 in the NY Streets - Outdoor section of the Studios at Paramount from June 1 - 4, 2023.

• Then we were at  ABTT Theatre Show London, Stand B48 in Alexandra Palace from June 7 - 8, 2023.

• And last, at 4Wall NY Vendor Showcase on June 8, 2023, where our NJ Sales Team demonstrated new technology to the NYC market.

We were fortunate to catch up with many colleagues from around the world, and meet some new movers and shakers in our industry. Cine Gear LA Expo | Los Angeles, California, USA | June 1-4, 2023

Cine Gear LA was set at The Paramount Studios in Hollywood, California this year, right in the backyard of where films are made. We were fortunate to spend time with our friends in film and video, including our colleagues, Chief Lighting Technicians Justin Stroh and Carlos Torres, who stopped by our booth 144.

We also learned about various technologies being used for film lighting projects. We talked to some of the world’s top suppliers about their solutions. We also talked to the industry’s top gaffers about our Multiverse® wireless DMX/RDM technology, as well as our high-performance QolorFLEX® LED Tapes, and other City Theatrical unique lighting accessories designed for film projects.

ABTT Theatre Show | London, United Kingdom | June 7-8, 2023

The world of British live entertainment lighting is thriving. ABTT was a very busy show, filled with creativity, featuring the latest from all the production suppliers for the West End shows, as well as many regional theaters and school theatres around Great Britain.

We thank the many technicians and students who came out to see our London office team members, including Matt Stearnes, as we performed live demonstrations of Multiverse technology, including 10-universe broadcasts using our 2.4 GHz Transmitters, Multiverse Nodes, Multiverse SHoW Baby, as well as our revolutionary spectrum analyzation tool, RadioScan®.

Thanks to our colleagues, Lighting Designers Ken Billington and Lucy Carter, who stopped by our stand B48 at ABTT.

4Wall NY Vendor Showcase | Moonachie, New Jersey, USA | June 8, 2023

4Wall's NY Showcase event on June 8, 2023 was the ultimate gathering of the New York lighting industry, bringing together many of the industry leaders. The photos below show City Theatrical's showcase of wireless DMX, LED Tape and dimming solutions, beam control and other unique lighting accessories demonstrated at the 4wall event.
