Custom Dual Tone Barndoors
The client required dual tone short Barndoors to fit Source Four PAR and D22 lighting fixtures, such that the inside paint would be black for better beam control, and the outside would be painted to fit the color specifications provided by the client in order to ensure they blend in with their surroundings. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Barndoors to meet the color specifications provided, and to fit the desired lighting fixtures and provide the beam control expected of City Theatrical lighting accessories.

Custom Driver Enclosures
The client was looking for custom NEMA 1 UL listed enclosures for indoor architectural drivers. City Theatrical custom manufactured driver enclosures to meet the specifications provided by the client and also installed the drivers before shipping the final products.

Custom Trim Rings and Cover Plates
The client required custom trim rings for a specific architectural installation in which they would need to be white on the outside to match their surroundings, and black on the inside for beam control. City Theatrical custom manufactured white trim plates and cones, then painted the inside of the cone and back of the plate black, and then used silicone to attach the plate to the cone, to create the desired look and size trim rings.

Custom Top Hats
The client required custom beam control accessories for Source 4 PAR lighting fixtures for an entertainment project, such that the City Theatrical 35mm Standard Top Hats for Source 4 PAR would need to be shortened in height. City Theatrical custom manufactured shortened 35mm Top Hats to meet the specifications provided by the designer.

Custom Laser Cut Video Screen Supports
The client required custom flat laser cut aluminum pieces of ¼” aluminum to be part of a structure to support video screens for a corporate presentation. City Theatrical custom manufactured the flat 1/4" thick aluminum pieces using their Amada fiber laser cutting machine to meet the specifications for the video screen support system provided by the client.

Custom Top Hats
The client required custom beam control accessories for a project at Hudson Yards in New York City. City Theatrical was asked to re-design their Standard Top Hat to be sturdier, such that it could be installed outside at the top of a building. City Theatrical custom manufactured the reinforced Top Hats to withstand the elements and fit the lighting fixture specifications provided by the client.
