Custom QolorFLEX Dimmer Boxes
The client required customized Dimmer Boxes, of which 104 dimmer boxes were small in size and 4 dimmer boxes were large, using QolorFLEX Dimmers for the lobby of the 5 Times Square building in New York, New York. City Theatrical custom manufactured the 108 total Dimmer Boxes to meet the specifications required for the installation.

Custom Two-Tone Mini Snoots
The client required custom two-tone City Theatrical Top Hats to provide beam control for lighting fixtures. The client sent unfinished spinnings, which City Theatrical then spray painted white on the outside to match their surroundings, and black on the inside for ideal beam control. City Theatrical custom manufactured the two-tone Top Hats to meet the color specifications provided by the client.

Custom GLP Concentric Rings
The client required custom Concentric Rings for GLP fixtures to provide beam control for an entertainment project in Australia in which GLP X4XL light fixtures were being used with diffusion, in addition to the smaller GLP X4L fixtures. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Concentric Rings to fit the two GLP lighting fixtures and diffusion specifications provided by the client. The Concentric Rings for the smaller GLP X4L fixtures were shorter in depth.

Custom Two-Tone Color Extenders
The client required custom two-tone Color Extenders, painted black on the outside to match its surrounding and white on the inside, to move the gel frame away from the focal plane of the lighting fixture, and extend the life of the gel by reducing the amount of heat it endures. City Theatrical custom manufactured the two-tone Color Extenders for an entertainment project.

Custom Stainless Steel Barndoors
The client required standard 6 1/4" Barndoors (P/N 2500), but in stainless steel (rather than standard aluminum), to provide beam control for light fixtures while also providing long lasting strength and durability to meet the needs of the surrounding moisture in the air, given the aquarium setting. City Theatrical custom manufactured the Stainless Steel Barndoors to meet the needs of the client, to be installed at an aquarium.

Custom Fin Louvers
